CLASS OPTIONS
GET READY FOR A SPLASH LANDING
PUDDLE JUMPERS
Age Requirements: 6 - 36 Months

Accompanied by a parent in the water, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences. Parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention, and the importance of supervision. Emphasis is on water adjustment, floating, going underwater, holding breath, kicking, and arm movement through songs and games. Parents will continue setting the foundation for their child’s independent swimming and fundamental safety skills.
PRESCHOOL PILOTS
Age Requirements: 3 - 5 years

Students will learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning important water safety skills. With assistance from the instructors this class introduces floating, going underwater, holding breath, kicking, arm strokes, glides, body position, and entering and exiting the water. This class is perfect for participants who are nervous about water and are unwilling to fully submerge their heads underwater.
JUNIOR FLYERS
Age Requirements: 6-12 years
LEVEL 1
LEVEL 2
LEVEL 3
Students will learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning important water safety skills. With assistance from the instructors this class introduces floating, bubbles, going underwater, holding breath, kicking, arm strokes, glides, body position, and entering and exiting the water. This class is perfect for participants who are nervous about water and are unwilling to fully submerge their heads underwater. NO REQUIREMENTS
Students will focus on the fundamental skills that include rhythmic and rotary breathing, floating, treading, gliding, and water safety. With a future Emphasis on stroke development including freestyle with rotary breathing, backstroke, elementary backstroke, and diving. Breaststroke, underwater swimming, and reaching rescues will be introduced.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to put face in the water
Float on front and back (minimal assistance)
Move forward on stomach (minimal support)
Students will focus on the fundamental skills that include rhythmic and rotary breathing, floating, treading, gliding, and water safety. With a future Emphasis on stroke refinement including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to fully submerge
Swim front crawl unassisted 10-15 yards
Float on front and back unassisted
