Your trainer will see areas of your program that could be adjusted to make your workout more interesting, challenging, and fun.

Our trainers will help keep you motivated throughout the entire workout, so that you keep working hard and keep coming back for more.

A trainer will assess your performance and let you know what improvements you could make or where you can push yourself further.

SCHEDULE YOUR CONSULTATION TODAY

Your fitness consultation will be conducted with one of our certified trainers.  It will be about a 45-minute consultation to assess your personal goals, measurements, and health-screening assessment to see where your current fitness level stands. Our trainers will descriptively go through your results with you that same day and will give you recommendations for improvements.

  • Monday- Thursday 5:30 AM - 9:30 PM
  • Friday 5:30 AM - 8:30 PM
  • Saturday 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
  • Sunday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

FITNESS CENTER AGE POLICY

  • Children 14 AND UNDER are NOT permitted in the fitness area.
  • Ages 15+ are permitted without parent/guardian supervision.
  • ALL GUESTS AND MEMBERS MUST CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK.
  • ALL GUESTS AND MEMBERS MUST ABIDE BY THE FITNESS CENTER RULES AND REGULATIONS POSTED ON SITE.
