POOL CLOSING POLICY
In the event of the pool closing for unseen circumstances, the decision to cancel or reschedule the lesson for that day will be determined by the Aquatics Manager. We will do our best to make up lessons in a reasonable amount of time. Makeup classes are on the Friday of the week that they are canceled. You will be contacted by our facility for any cancellations.
WHERE TO GO WHEN ARRIVING FOR LESSONS
We ask that you remain seated by the bleacher area on the lower deck in the family aquatic center. Children have a hard time focusing on their instructors if they are distracted by friends, family, or guardians.
MOVING LEVELS
Moving a child based on their skills to a more appropriate level is encouraged. We would rather they thrive at the right level than regress. If you have questions about how your child is doing or the placement, we urge you to speak with their direct instructor who works with them daily. If a move is what’s needed, we will look at availability for the level they need.
