ADAPTIVE SWIM LESSONS
Age Requirements: 3 and Up
The Adaptive Swim Lesson Program is ideal for children with a wide range of physical and developmental abilities who may require a more tailored approach to learning how to swim. Whether your child has a specific diagnosis or simply needs a more personalized lesson structure, our program is here to support their aquatic journey. This class is more than just a swim class; it’s an opportunity for children to gain confidence, learn vital life skills, and enjoy the water in a way that’s both fun and safe.
PRIVATE SWIM LESSONS
Age Requirements: 3 and Up
PRIVATE LESSONS
These lessons are designed to give participants of all ages individualized attention to improve or master their swimming skills. Together, the instructor, participant and/or parent determine the goals for the session, and the curriculum is customized in order to meet these goals. Private lessons are 30 minutes in length.
SEMI-PRIVATE LESSONS
These lessons are for all ages and skill levels. There are six 30-minute classes. With 2 students in each class, our semi-private swim lessons allow students to interact with siblings, preferably around the same skill level. Together, the instructor, participants, and/or parent determine the goals for the session and the curriculum is customized to meet these goals.
PUDDLE JUMPERS
Age Requirements: 6 - 36 Months
Accompanied by a parent in the water, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences. Parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention, and the importance of supervision. Emphasis is on water adjustment, floating, going underwater, holding breath, kicking, and arm movement through songs and games. Parents will continue setting the foundation for their child’s independent swimming and fundamental safety skills.
PRESCHOOL PILOTS
Age Requirements: 3 - 5 years
Students will learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning important water safety skills. With assistance from the instructors this class introduces floating, going underwater, holding breath, kicking, arm strokes, glides, body position, and entering and exiting the water. This class is perfect for participants who are nervous about water and are unwilling to fully submerge their heads underwater.
JUNIOR FLYERS
Age Requirements: 6-12 years

LEVEL 3
Students will learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning important water safety skills. With assistance from the instructors this class introduces floating, bubbles, going underwater, holding breath, kicking, arm strokes, glides, body position, and entering and exiting the water. This class is perfect for participants who are nervous about water and are unwilling to fully submerge their heads underwater. NO REQUIREMENTS
Students will focus on the fundamental skills that include rhythmic and rotary breathing, floating, changing direction and rolling over, treading, gliding, and water safety. We will continue to develop the following strokes Front Crawl/Freestyle, Back Crawl/Backstroke, Elementary Backstroke, and begin the basics of Breaststroke. Underwater swimming and reaching rescues will be introduced. By the end of this class the swimmer will be able to swim 10 yards in the following strokes Front Crawl/Freestyle and Back Crawl/Backstroke, as well as treading water for 15 seconds and change directions to reach a safe exit.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to put face in the water
Float on front and back (minimal assistance)
Move forward on stomach and on back (minimal support)
Students will focus on the fundamental and advanced skills that include rotary breathing, survival strokes, treading, gliding, diving, and water safety. We will emphasize stroke refinement and increasing swimmers’ endurance. By the end of the class the swim will be able to swim a full 25 yards in the following strokes Front Crawl/Freestyle and Back Crawl/Backstroke. They will also be able to do 10-15 yards of the following strokes Breaststroke, and Butterfly. This class will help to get your swimmer ready for a swim team environment.
REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to fully submerge
Swim Front Crawl and Back Crawl unassisted 10 yards
Float on front and back unassisted, as well as treading for 15 seconds minimum.
